You don't have to wait for a salesperson to contact you.

1. To
Setup your Gallery

Install the
Preview Gallery Image Upload Utility and fill in your studio
information on the left side of the Registration Form. On the right
side you will see this screen.
Click "Create a New Gallery". Enter a name
for your Gallery.
We can't have duplicate
names, so when you enter your name, you will be told whether or not
it is being used already. Keep your names short. Your clients may
have to type in the entire name if you don't have a link on your
website for them to follow.
Example:
startlightstudio.previewgallery.com/
or, if your name is being used, add your state or city to your name:
starlightstudioca.previewgallery.com
When your Gallery
Name is accepted, your Gallery is ready for you to upload images.

Install the Preview Gallery Upload Utility

2. You are ready to upload a test event.
Click this Icon.
Select a folder of images
from your computer, enter a name
for your event, select an event type, and upload the event. We have
created a "starter" price group for you. You can go back and change
the Print Prices and Shipping information at any time.
Go to your
Preview Gallery, and view your new event. It is that easy!!!
To view your Event, go to:
yourgalleryname.previewgallery.com/
3. Would you like to set your own prices, and
shipping charges, payment options, and display your own images in
the slide show?
To set prices: Go to the "Prices"
screen in the upload Utility
To set shipping and payment options:
Go to the "Options" screen
To display your own images in the slide
show: Go to the "Manage" screen and click the last icon
on the right side of the Icon Menu bar.
4. When an order arrives from your
Gallery,
you open the Order Utility using this icon on your desktop. You will
also receive an email that will contain all the details of your
order. You may choose to use Order Utility to organize your images.
